“Navigating in a World at Risk of Fragmentation”
The theme of this year’s congress is “Navigating in a world at risk of fragmentation”. It starts from the observation that our economies and businesses face multiple sources of fragmentation risk: geopolitical, technological, regulatory as well as the lingering consequences of the pandemic. These developments force banks and corporates to question the impact on their business strategies. They also may force a rethink in terms of the optimal economic policy mix that helps households and firms reach their ambitions.
